Growth Lead

Job Description

  1. Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at managing and enhancing merchant revenue.
  2. Internal Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal Surplus teams to provide solutions and drive merchant growth.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the growth team, which includes Account Management Staff, Sales Development, and Customer Service.
  4. Business Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s business, product offerings, competitors, and the overall industry.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, business development, or a similar role, with a focus on revenue generation and strategic planning.
  2. Demonstrated success in managing and scaling merchant or customer accounts.
  3. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
