Job Description

  1. Customer Assistance: Provide information, address complaints, and handle requests related to our products and services in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their needs, offer assistance, maintain relationships, gather feedback, and analyze their experiences for continuous improvement.
  3. Complaint Coordination: Collaborate with other divisions to thoroughly evaluate customer complaints and concerns.
  4. Brand Visibility: Implement strategies to increase the visibility and awareness of the Surplus brand, reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products and services.
  5. Sales Support: Assist the growth team by managing administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents and maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field (1+ years preferred).
  2. Experience in handling customer complaints and providing solutions.
  3. Experience in a sales support role is a plus.
